Safety is the product

Four checks before anyone meets you.

Not a policy page you have to go looking for. This is what happens on every single booking.

RCMP-verified companions

Every companion passes a criminal background check before they can be listed.

Government ID verified

Both sides confirm identity before a booking is accepted.

One-time code check-in

You exchange a passcode at the meeting point, so you know it's the right person.

Professional & insured

Every outing is covered, and every companion is trained to a written standard.

How it works

Three steps. About four minutes.

01

Choose someone

Browse companions near you by neighbourhood, activity and rate. You pick the person — we never assign one to you.

02

Confirm with a code

Right before you meet, you both enter a one-time passcode. Thirty seconds, and you know exactly who is in front of you.

03

Meet, in public

Coffee, an appointment, an errand, an event. Two-hour minimum. Book the same person again whenever you want.

What people book

Company for the moments that matter.

Same rate whatever the occasion — $25–$40 an hour depending on the companion, two-hour minimum.

Booking for someone else

If you're arranging this for a parent.

Most people who book here aren't booking for themselves. They're a daughter or a son, three suburbs away, trying to make one afternoon a week easier for a parent who would never ask.

  • You choose, they approve. Nobody arrives unannounced. Your parent sees who is coming and can say no.
  • The same companion, every time. Company from a rotating stranger isn't company.
  • You'll know how it went. A short note after every visit, so you're not left wondering.

Clear lines

What this is, and what it isn't.

People wonder. Almost nobody asks. So here it is in plain words.

What it is

  • Paid, platonic company by the hour
  • Public places — cafés, parks, malls, appointments, events
  • Background-checked, ID-verified, insured companions
  • You choose the person, the activity and the length
  • $25–$40 an hour, two-hour minimum

What it isn't

  • Not dating, not romance, not an escort service — ever
  • Not home care, nursing or any medical service
  • Not a membership, a subscription or a social network
  • Not a match made by an algorithm
  • Not something we ask you to explain to anyone
Why this exists

13% of Canadians say they often or always feel lonely. That is roughly one in eight people — and almost none of them will say so out loud.

Statistics Canada, Canadian Social Survey, Q1 2024

"We are living through a global loneliness epidemic — and the most crowded rooms can still be the loneliest places on earth."

World Health Organization, 2023

Questions people actually ask

Before you book.

What does it cost?

Companions set their own rate, currently $25–$40 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. So a typical outing is $50–$80. There is no membership fee and no subscription. You pay for the time you book, and nothing else.

Is this romantic or sexual in any way?

No. Every booking is strictly platonic and takes place in a public setting. Companions who are asked for anything else end the booking and the account is closed. This is written into the Code of Conduct both sides agree to.

How do I know who is actually showing up?

Every companion is government-ID verified and passes a criminal background check before being listed. Right before you meet, you both enter a one-time passcode — that is the final check that the person in front of you is the person you booked.

Can I book the same person again?

Yes, and we encourage it. If you are arranging visits for a parent, we hold the same companion for the first three visits and do not substitute.

What if my parent doesn't want a stranger in their life?

That is the most common worry we hear, and it is a fair one. Your parent sees who is coming beforehand and can decline. Nobody arrives unannounced, and nobody stays where they are not wanted.

Is this home care?

No. Companions are not nurses, PSWs or care workers. They do not provide medical, personal or clinical care of any kind. This is company — conversation, an outing, a lift to an appointment door.
